What We’re Looking For

As an Application Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert helping users succeed with AdaOne, from initial install to production ramp-up:

• Work with customers to deploy, configure and support AdaOne in production environments.
• Diagnose and solve technical issues (bug, post-processing, kinematic, integration, toolpath).
• Train and guide users (researchers, engineers, machine operators).
• Translate our users’ needs into concrete results and use cases.
• Collect and structure feedback to help improve the product.
• Travel regularly across Europe and the world to client sites.
• Collaborate with product & dev teams to align user needs and features.

Your Background

Engineering degree in robotics, mechatronics, or similar. Experience in a technical customer-facing role is appreciated, ideally in computer-aided engineering software or hardware. Computer design and robotic integration skills (language, configuration, environment) are expected:

• You love solving real engineering problems, talking to users, and making things work
• You know your way around robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing.
• You’re comfortable travelling often and adapting to new contexts.
• You speak fluent English, which is essential; German is considered a strong advantage.
• Bonus: experience in manufacturing, integration, or sensors
